Sunday School for all ages at 9:00 a.m.   •   Worship at 10:15 a.m.
Our worship services are typically an hour or an hour and fifteen minutes long.

Children are welcome at YSUMC. A children's sermon is incorporated into the worship service, and there is a nursery where you can take your children if they need some time out. There is no separate children's church, but we invite your children to join us for "Live BIG" Sunday School each week at 9:00 a.m.

as a dear child of God. Please make yourself at home.

Say "Hello" to our Greeters. They'll welcome you at the door and direct you to our Sunday School rooms or the Sanctuary. We have a welcome gift for all newcomers!

 

A VARIETY OF WORSHIP STYLES

We know that one size doesn't fit all! The people of York Springs United Methodist Church appreciate many different styles of worship and music and invite you to experience diversity with us each Sunday.

TRADITIONAL WORSHIP with COMMUNION

Our worship on the first Sunday of each month includes the celebration
of Holy Communion and singing traditional hymns.

BLENDED / CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP

Our Praise Team leads the congregation in a blend of both traditional hymns and contemporary praise and worship songs on the second Sunday of each month.

FAMILY SUNDAY

Our children and youth, along with our Praisin' Puppets team, lead us in worship using music and drama on the third Sunday of the month.

TRADITIONAL WORSHIP on the fourth Sunday of the month.

Our congregation enjoys traditional worship again on the fourth Sunday.

HEALING SERVICE

Our church believes strongly in the power of prayer. You are invited to share your need for healing during these special services held each month with a fifth Sunday.
